Love Notes to Ourselves - Day One

Something a little different from me today.

Every day this week I'll be reading from my book 100 Daily Affirmations for Women over on Instagram. This was recorded live from Instagram this morning so not my usual way of recording or my usual audio settings (including rustling pages - I'll fix that tomorrow!),  but I wanted to share with you all today as it's the big V Day.

On that note - the reading I chose for today is apt as it's all about the love we give away.
